I signed up just to share the good news!

From Kotaku:

Originally launching in November 2016, the Nintendo Classic Mini Famicom was also discontinued this spring, but only temporarily. At that time, Nintendo stated, “When manufacturing resumes, we will provide information at another time on this homepage.”

Nintendo made the announcement via Twitter that Famicom Mini production was resuming in 2018. The re-launch date will be revealed sometime in the future.

Or if it will still be hackable with the same methods...

One of me first thoughts as well.
Did Nintendo patch it?

Then again, there's no physical or digital games coming out for the system so it's possible they just don't care.
The only profits are from the hardware.

Besides, the piracy for the mini console are probably a percentage or 2/3.
Out of the how many sold?

I'm sure it will have the same games.

Another question is if they'll actually pack two controllers in this time or adjust the cord length.
