Hi there!

My current setup:
Nintendo 3DS XL
Gateway 3DS Ultra 3.0.1
SysNAND: 9.2.0-20E
EmuNAND: GW3D 9.4.0-20E

SysNAND is formatted/unlinked
NNID has been restored on SysNAND for eshop access on EmuNAND

I thought about using Ninjahax on EmuNAND but heard that it got blocked in 9.3. So how about this?

- Insert a different, clean SD card
- Run the Gateway Exploit and format EmuNAND
- Probably format SysNAND again to unlink it from the new EmuNAND?
- Boot 9.2 EmuNAND and set up Ninjahax
- Done?

After doing that I should be able to swap SD cards to either use an up to date EmuNAND for 3DS ROMs or a 9.2 EmuNAND for Homebrew applications. of course I would get an update nag on 9.2 EmuNAND, but that can be ignored.

My questions:
- Will that work? Or did I miss something important?
- Will reformatting/unlinking SysNAND kill cearp's .cia file which reenabled Gateway's blue card?

If your Sysnand is on 9.2.0.20x then after formatting emunand, your emunand is also on 9.2.0.20x
No need to inject 9.2 sysnand

Yeah, right, I edited that part. Thanks for pointing it out!

Still I wonder: Will it work? I noticed this thread and didn't see the problem when all you need is a second SD card.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
