Hacking Newbie DSTwo - Please Advise

I am a newbie DSTwo user that has some experience with the DSOne product. On my DSOne, I remember copying the Operating System to the drive and then paste the NDS files to the root. Is this the same for the DSTwo? Is there a thread that deals with configuring the DSTwo for the first time? Please help....

You can post the NDS roms anywhere you please, I keep mine in a folder called NDS
