Hardware Need help Wii Balance Board

I cleaned that a bit, too. It had white spots on it, but that is due to the plastic.

my sensor bar is below my tv, but below is fine, too.

i don't know anything about wii music, but you probably got the wii balance board on ebay. you probably got one that was listed for parts or not working. always read the description (on the bottom of the page) and the condition before buying, or it's worn out from long use. it's recommend buying a new wii balance board.
btw, can you send me the link from where you bought the wii balance board?

I got it from OLX.BA, eBay in the Balkans. They said it was new. Cannot find link, deleted it :(

This is the SAME EXACT thing, same seller (that scammed me), same pictures, same description, just diffrent website. It says it works, but the seller was very sketchy AND the cardboard was being held up by tape. It also said it came with a game on the cardboard (Wii Fit I believe) but there was just a blank hole.

i saw in the pictures that it is different than most wii balance boards.
it was a wii balance board from a different country, so the wii doesn't recognise it as a wii balance board.
trying to sync a wii balance board to a wii that are from two completely different countries just doesn't work!

also, it looks like there is a wii u instead of a wii in the picture.

Hi, I have the same issue with an original Wii Balance Board. I always used it with my Wii but as I modded the Wii it hasn't worked anymore :( , except one time that I managed to use it with Wii fit Plus original disk.

I also tried to use my friend's wii balance board with my wii but it didn't work again, but I don't know if it counts because I tried to sync it in the main menu and not in Wii Fit Plus.

Sorry, I had just solved it😅, I think the problem was that my Wii console wasn't pointing towards my WBB when I synched them, I took it in my hands and hold it near the Wii, I pushed the synch button on the WBB, released it and then push the synch on the Wii console for about 7 second (Idk why 7 seconds but it worked).
I hope I will help someone.

I bought a used Wii system, games and balance board from a known store. Everything works great except for the Wii fit balance board.

We can play multiplayer Mario no problem. But the Wii brand balance board will not sync. If it does it kicks the Wii more off and a pop up stops us from proceeding.

Have to start all over and have the same problems over again

Bought another use board in hopes I had a faulty one but it too will only blink and not sync
