How can I get the tickets # for all Wii VirtualConsole games ?
I'm currently scripting something to automate the dumping of all game saved on the sdcard with FS-Dumper_v1.

Otherwise the process of dumping new games will be one at a time...

I cant help you but sounds like a good idea.
Another idea would be for an application thats checks the wii internal memory for old tickets and if the wad is not on the wii it deletes the old ticket.

Cheers

You mean like FAKE = 46 41 4b 45 = Legend of Zelda....??
Yes. That is exactly what I am talking about.

QUOTE(icefireicefire @ Jan 28 2009, 02:17 AM) Just scan the folders and pack all available in the correct folders.

Not hard.

The problem with this is when all VC games will be packed I won't be able the differ each one of them to correctly label them.

I want my tool to be able to dumb lots of VC and WiiWare realy quickly for scene release..

Other wise, like I said, I figured out a way to automate the process but only for one game at a time

-In wiishop channel download a game
-Dumb the Wii internal memory on the SD card
-put your SD in your computer..
-run the script(pack the VC, make NFO, make RAR, upload to FTP, etc...)
-restart the process to dump another game

Thanks everyone

I think so. check the wiibrew title database.

The database is incomplete...
thanks for the NFO, I'll ask them how they managed to build the database.. maybe there technique is faster than mine.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
