all it is, is that you were talkin about wi-fi not having to mean online so i thought you were implying that it cut online off...

Wi-fi doesn't mean a connection to the internet.

You can use it for internet, by accessing a wifi router or hot spot, just like you could with a network cable. Wi-fi is just a network access, either if it has access to internet or not through a gateway.

No, NDSTokyoTrim works fine for all games. It just doesn't delete any WiFi data for online or download play like some trimmers can. It just gets rid of empty space on the ROM so you can cram more games on your card.

For instance, say you have a ROM that, untrimmed is 32megs, but it only has 30megs of actual program, NDSTokyoTrim will remove the 2megs of dead space saving that much space for the next game to fit on your card.
If you have many different games, trimming could mean the difference between fitting 20 games or 25 games on your card. It's all dependent on the games used and the size of your card though.

Thanks to trimming the ROMs, I have 53 games on my 2gig microSD. I'd probably only get about 40 if I didn't trim them.

I only have a 1 gig memeor card, but im getting a 4 gig next sunday

I saved about 100 mb's the first time i discovered trimmers.

I have 15 games on mine. And its only a quarter full

P.s thatmeans im gonna have 5 gb's to put games on.I could probably get every game ever madeon all that, lol.

I get them cheap. (i got my 1gb for 1o quid)

You have an R4, right? The R4 can't use SDHC (which a 4GB card is) with an R4. The only slot-1's with SDHC support are the
CycloDS Evo, and the DSLink.

And you probably couldn't fit EVERY game dumped yet, but you most likely could fit anything that matters in english

It doesn't include malware check, but it won't delay the process much at all.

Here's another test after some fine tuning:
I use a copy of 8 roms that I have in my hd atm, so you could say there's some file caching involved.. but I assure it will be the same with all different roms.

Test with 4.25 GB, 128 roms:

Savings: ~850 MB

i wasn't complaining, i thought it was a bug but it isn't. i suggest you read the last few pages so i dont need to explain myself again
