should be made simpler to browse its a bit confusing and there are 2 sections that are pretty much the same thing

NDS - Hardware, Devices and Utilities & NDS - Flashing Hardware and Software

alot of stuff about flashcarts are posted in both section one should be removed and have one that has all discussions.

HDU is supposed to be centred around the console itself, while FHS is for flashcarts and the like. If people are aware of it then I guess it's ok how it is.
