ROM Hack Nanashi no Game

Man, I wanted to play this game for so long and you guys made it happen. Just wanted to give you guys a huge THANK YOU, the translation's awesome and much appreciated. Great work, guys.

I noticed this today (I know... laugh at me...) and I'm REALLY happy that finally this game is in English!!!

Nice work guys, well and smoothly done (with all the attention to details, like the fonts, etc).

It wold be really awesome if you translated the sequel (Nanashi No Game: Me) too, it's really worthy playing it in japanese, in english it would be even cooler (also because of this one there is no story summary whatsoever on the web).

I'm not saying that you have to, I know it's not a simple work and it requires a lot of efforts, time and patience, I'm just saying that it would be cool...

Also you could open a page where people can donate to support the work... just saying.

I don't think we should take money for this, but I certainly wouldn't be opposed to setting up charitable donations, perhaps to Child's Play. Then there would be no trickiness in splitting up the proceeds, just a choice of where to send the funds.

I would like to report a little imperfection in the translation. It's just a minor detail, nothing to be worried about

It's not related to UK English, though.

Detailed Description of the Bug:​

In the hospital, when you throw your TS on the ground and find another one, you enter the 8-bit game.

When you are in the game, there is the scene of the marriage between Mr.Ikuta and Tomoka, in the town of Freya.

If you play as a male, Ikuta dies as Asahi shows up, and if you approach his body,
surrounded by all the characters of the town and press A, a box with your name shows up saying:

"He is not breathing".

This is ok; the problem comes when you play as a female character: in fact, Tomoka dies insted of Ikuta (which is OK of course),
but the dialogue still says: "He is not breathing".

My theory is that in japanese they had one line for both the cases, 'cause there was no subject gender in the sentence, which is the opposite of the english case, in which you have to specify the subject gender.

A solution would be to change the sentence in something like "Not breathing..." or "Looks dead..."; else, you could write another line for the female case, so that it changes with the character gender.

Something like:

You male --> Ikuta faints --> You say "He's not breathing..."

You female --> Tomoka faints --> You say "She's not breathing..."

I hope i reported everithing clearly enough.

How could I know it anyway? I read the first post and it didn't say anythig about that.

Nobody blames you. What you reported WAS a bug and I think everyone will agree on liking knowing what is and isn't fixed. It's just too bad this bug is constantly there.
