Well, if you can load into the Homebrew Launcher, can you load into ThemeMii? And install the theme called Original? If you can do all of that, maybe try and press the home button after you install the Original theme. Press home button to go back to the Homebrew Launcher, press home button until you get back to your Wii U Home Menu. If it takes you to Mii Maker, close Mii Maker.

i fixed it by installing the wii u menu on NUSspli and re-installing tiramisu, thank you for your help anyway.
