[Wii U] Error160-0103 after booting in certain stock apps

I have recently bought and installed CFW on my Wii U. It was on firmware 5.5.3 U and I had no issues updating it to 5.5.6 U. I have Aroma and recently installed Pretendo to use the online services after the shutdown. The console has been nearly flawless apart from error 160-0103 appearing when trying to use the MiiVerse or view my Friends List. I have read online that the 160 errors are usually part of your eMMc chip degrading. This console was dormant for nearly 5 years before I got it and I currently do not know what chip is inside. I am assuming it is the hynix chip, but I will include crash logs here.
