So I was almost done with the A9LH installation, then I ran out of space on my SD, so I got another one and copied all the files from the original. When I booted into my redNAND, it was on 9.2 but it was on 10.5 with the original SD. I updated my redNAND (and yes, I was definetley on redNAND) . And when I booted back into sysNand, that was upgraded. I can't even access my rednand via Luma because it just crashes when I load it. What are my options?

Hardmod or dsiwarehax.

Dsiwarehax requires another 3ds already running cfw.

Get a hardmod than. If you have solder experience do it yourself, if not send it off and pay someone.
And one last thing, is there another CFW compatible with 11.0 so I can figure out what my redNAND firmware is? If not, is there any way I can find out? And I have a buckup of my redNAND, can I use that backup and restore it as sysNAND?

What makes you so sure you were in redNAND?
If you just copied over the files from the other SD your redNAND wouldn't even be on the SD as it's on a separate partition. You have to backup the redNAND with emuNAND9, format redNAND on the new card, THEN copy over the files and restore your redNAND backup.

If you wanna copy rednand over to another sd card, you'd have to make an image of the sd card and then write it to the new one and expand the biggest partition.

I set luma3ds to say "emu" in settings if it was on rednand or emunand, and it said emu before the firmware. And I booted into it just fine
