Muscle Months March 'n May (mmm'nm)​

The next 2 months I will start doing some workout! I had this crazy idea for a some time but now I'll go for it. I will try to do some training every day. I will do the following things:

*doing differnt kinds of training with dumbbells to train my arms

*Sit-ups or Crunch (probably the last)

*In the weekends Ill start running outside ( I think it looks stupid, but atleast it is fresh air and a good way to walk the dog at the same time

). Dont know how much ill do this, I will have to build up the length and get some good shoes first.

Rocky Balboa does the same so it MUST work!

Ill be taking some pictures at the beginning of March and will be comparing it at the end of the month

If I'm happy with the results I will continue. If not I'll just go

and think whatevah.
