1) Does Supercard SD support Pokemon Emerald's RTC?
2) Why does Dragon Quest Caravan Heart (patched with English patch) cause the card to freeze up and crash? Is there any fix for this?

The Supercard does not have an RTC so you'll need to patch it to emulate the clock. No clue about your second question.
