Hacking Modded Skylanders Imaginators

Does any one here know anything about a modded skylanders Imaginators version for the Wii u that allows unreleased characters to be played with eg Heartbreaker buckshot and The unreleased creation crystals ?

Does someone here have knowledge to make this possible to create?

It is supposed to bypass the authentication blocks that is on the tags.

I am more than willing to pay for this
