I'm not sure what this means exactly, but if you could create a different track to race on, this sounds unbelievable. There's even huge competition around best Test Circle times

A hacked rom doesn't work in download play (when you doesn't have the rom), if you both have the same rom it works.

Yes, you can play over wifi when you have the same rom.

Yes, I have some texts from your editor and the value to hex. But the rest of the code I have written by myself.

You should check into the SZS modifier, or maybe ask Mega Mario. He's doing the SM64DS editor, and he's got a KCL generator, and the SM64DS KCL files load in your program just fine :3

Yes, but they don't work in mkds.

Full nsbtx viewing and editing. (Some glitches at type 5)

Did you use the last NSMBe revision for the 3D textures in the end?
I hope you have, since I fixed many issues with transparency since then.

Also, it'd be nice if you credited the actual actors instead of the project name. Some links would be useful too
