Hardware Mini sensor bar?

Does anyone know where I can get a mini usb sensor bar, one with the IR lights closer together so I can play at close range? I'm playing on my PC monitor with Dolphin, and the DolphinBar IR leds are too far apart to play at close range. The only thing I've been able to find is a 3D printer model, but I don't have a 3D printer unfortunately.

So I got the DolphinBar to work at close range by opening it up and using electrical tape to cover the four LEDs on the right, and the two center LEDs on the left side. It works perfectly now at close range.

    From there I could just connect the tris surrounding the deletion area to the area
