I have a ton of experience playing on PS2. The correct camoflague and facepaint can make Snake invisable like a ghost. Try crawling on your belly instead of crouch walking or standing it makes your camoflage rating much better near 90 -95%.

-Change camouflage, or try to make one yourself, that gives you 100% of camo.
-Walk slowly, walk while crouch. Try to get behind a guard this way, then catch him with CQC. You'll have an option to knock him.
-Some guards have a radio on their chest, shoot those radio, they couldn't contact HQ.
-With the Mk.22 aka, the tranquilizer gun, shoot the head, it will instant knock the guards.

i dont know if this game has it but in other mgs you can play extreme with losing when soldiers see you, it makes extreme dificulty easier. also, play smart, cammo plays an important role in this game. you can also beat it on another difficulty and use the stealth cammo you get

got to the first boss, cant beat him, deleted my save.

think i will do easy and try memorizing where the people are at.

oh, and yoshi.

Just shoot the shit out of everyone everyone. Than when you run out of ammo, use CQC. The game is a lot more satisfying that way.
cant do that.
if they were to spot me at all on the Extreme difficultly its game over.

If I'm correct, you instantly lose in extreme mode if you get spotted by an enemy.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
