goal is probably linux lakka.tv first then native homebrew

This would be for either, running lakka linux or running retroarch in horizonOS.

But dolphin requires GPU drivers so you won't be able to run it in horizonOS until someone makes a GPU driver. So it would be linux only for the time being.
