Hacking MD5 Checking utilities-NDS

So I had been using RLv2NDS_Roms[RC].zip from http://releaselister.emubase.de/en/nds/list.htm, but they seem to be aways out of date as of late. Does anyone have any idea how often they update their DB? Also interested in alternative DBS using Romcenter that KEEP the same numbering scheme and files for NDS roms if anyone knows for the meantime.
