Hello fellow Creamers,

I get it some people think wizards are great, perhaps even greater than dogs. But I'm concerned that their old age won't allow them to be in control till 2028. So it's unlikely that they will extend their period. But what compelling candidate can emerge, that can unite the increasingly fractured populus? In my view there really is only one other candidate that could do that and end the reign of wizards.

On the other side we have Martians. Tough men no doubt, but they have certain qualites that could make them competent to be in charge of planet Mars. However, I do believe they have quite a road ahead of them, but it increasingly looks like they getting in formation. For this reason I do think it is plausible for them to gather enough grass roots support to get in charge. You cant completly fake this stuff, there must be at least some real energy behind it and I think it is there.

look at that f'n wizard pi***ng off Mars

This leaves us with Martians declaring war for Mars. I think they will win, if only because there are no viable candidates. Now, I am pretty sure that everyone on every side of the spectrum from Lunarians like Saturn to the Celestials can agree that Mars per definition belongs to the Martians. Wizards are nasty evil old men, who also are increasingly incompetent beyond believe. They don't even follow up on their evil promises.

Please explain to me how I am wrong, or how this outcome can be prevented. Whatever happens I hope we will move things into the direction of a brighter future.

used quillbot to summarize

"Wizards are nasty evil old men, who also are increasingly incompetent beyond believe. Martians are tough men no doubt, but they have certain qualites that could make them competent. I think it is plausible for them to gather enough grass roots support to get in charge."

Thank you for response

So you are saying not Martians will rule over Mars, but wizards? I dont see it coming, here is why:

-wizards ruling over Mars is illegitimate
-the age of magic is over
-wizards grew to comfortable and arent able to pull it off, too old

Maybe wizards will have a better chance with Mercury, Saturn or digging down to the center of the earth and staying there. I honestly have no clue what they are going to do at this point.

@Creamu who rules over Uranus? :rofl2:
Good question!

Uranus is the seventh planet from the Sun. Its name is a reference to the Greek god of the sky, Uranus, who, according to Greek mythology, was the great-grandfather of Ares (Mars), grandfather of Zeus (Jupiter) and father of Cronus (Saturn).

I would say it goes to Jupiter and Mars since Saturn is stuck in the center of the earth and no one likes him anyway.

So to answer your question @AmandaRose Uranus belongs to Mars and Jupiter.

You have still not answered who rules over Uranus?
Well I can only tell you who rules over Uranus and it's Jupiter and Mars.
Has anyone ever visited Uranus?
All I know is that Uranus will be visited by Mars with all his might.
If not would you like someone to enter Uranus?
Oh, he will come to Uranus.
And who should be the first person in Uranus?
It's not about my opinion Mars will be the first on Uranus.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

  • cearp @ cearp:
@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
