My research about Uranus is that the atmosphere of Uranus is composed primarily of hydrogen, helium and methane. Due to the methane Uranus is stinky, yes. Just kidding methane doesn't really have a smell so don't worry about Uranus.

I imagne it might be very hard to penetrate Uranus. If you wonder if we can get a rocket inside Uranus it might not be plausible. It would be necessary to drill first. I would hesitate drilling too big of a whole since I would be worried that Uranus would break apart.

To be honest I don't know the details on EMF radiation and Uranus, nor do I want to do the research. In general if you expose Uranus to EMF radiation it will penetrate it to a point. How deep depends on the EMF radiation intesity you expose Uranus to.
