I've followed your guide..Going to store is something I like to avoid at this time ! So The sd car is formated, H2testw show no error. I guess I will give that card a go. I have a bad habit, I always deconnect sd card or thumbdrive from the computer without ''safely removing '' them first...maybe this is what put my card in raw ??!!

Definitely start making a conscious effort to fix this bad habit.

Removing SD cards and USB flash drives from a computer without safely ejecting them first can damage their file systems. Doing that also carries a small risk of shorting/killing that flash memory device. The same applies for the 3DS; don't remove the (micro)SD card from the n3DSXL while it's still turned on.

It's understandable about avoiding public shopping during this time if it can be helped. Try to stress test the Kingston card before deciding whether your previous build was a fluke or the card really is bad at functioning reliable. Just because a SD card passes H2testw does not mean it is flawless.

Here's example of NoSnake221's Kingston microSD which passed H2testw but has a faulty controller.
