I cant install mario kart 7 on to my 2ds (old). It started with just moving a modded sd card from 1 to another but some files were corrupted so i decided, why not i'll just mod the console again from the start. I formatted the sd card putted it into the console formatted the console and just started again now i cant install any games i had before, i think it has something to do with the tickets on the sys nand but i dont want to brick my 2ds pls help

You're not supposed to do that.

now i cant install any games i had before
Then why did you only mention MK7 in your thread title..?

i think it has something to do with the tickets on the sys nand
And what makes you think that? If you're getting some kind of error message, don't you think that would be useful information..?

You're going to have to provide a lot more detail about exactly what you did any what you're doing now.

added the error message

I included mk7 in the title because its the only one i tested but i think its the games i had before. Im using the new sd card 16 gb microsd with a adapter. before this messege error i was dowloading mk7 but right before the end it showed this error. i think it has to do something to do with the tickets on the nand because its something that i found when googling this error online

That is marginally more helpful, thank you.

Did you test the new SD card with h2testw after you formatted it? Were you using it in the same adapter when you tested it?

(16 GB isn't a lot of space and you should probably be able to find a substantially larger card for a low price, but that's a problem for the future, I suppose.)

i didnt test it, i used the same reader in my old family laptop. because my brother lost the family card reader.
and i used just some card lying around the house, because its just for my 3ds thats for the 2nd player (my dad, brother, friend). i have a 3ds with 64gb.
Can i do something to fix this or do i just have to let go of those games?

You need to test the card, for starters. If the card is bad, then you just need to get a different card. If the card is good, then we can consider other problems. (The SD card slot in your 3DS might be faulty, for instance.)

Instructions for h2testw are available at https://3ds.hacks.guide/h2testw-(windows).html . Note that your card has to be completely empty before you start using it.

Also, did you follow https://3ds.guide/restoring-updating-cfw when you started using the card?

ill test the card tomorrow because im goin to sleep. yes i tried to restore cfw but i didnt restore the apps so instead of installing the apps i just formatted the console ik stupid

I mean, you restored something somehow if you were downloading MK7, so it's not clear what you did.
I dont know how but I lost login to that earlier account. I did some fixing and now I have some new error when downloading MK7

nwm i fucked the whole system searched for many methods to fix it tried deleting some things that have save files etc ( exdata, tickets, titles i honestly dont remember all the methods) then just thought fuck it ill use a nand backup to return to a vanilla system, used it somehow gm9 said it worked but now it says to me that it cant mount ctrnand or load the ctrnand firm, from now on ill listen to everything and not do anything by myself because i just soft-bricked my console
( i still can access gm9)

Yes, that is important, but if you are expecting someone to help you fix your problems, you are going to have to provide more detail about what you are doing.

That particular issue is addressed in https://3ds.hacks.guide/troubleshooting-post-install.html#error-message-on-boot .

hey man im trying to follow the tutorial but im at the part where i have to use ctrtransfel and i use the script and it doesnt let me to chose the file it just counts to a number and then goes back to gm9 (nwm i got it)
But now when i try to mount the file it shows an error
0:/gm9/scripts/GM9Megascript.gm9
line 207: mount fail
imgmount ${CTRNAND}

and now when i boot while holding start i see two options to pick
godmode9 or finalize_helper_XX
