use GodMode9 to unlock sysnand CTRNAND and place the arm9loaderhax.bin on that

I would recommend running luma3ds without the sd card in so it can generate the luma folder itself, then add whatever files you need to add in afterward.
that is what I did

even if you could, other programs probably wouldn't support it as they would be trying to read from the sd card

I am sorry,but do I need to update my A9LH? because when I try boot w/o the SD card the 2DS acts like nothing changed and just shuts off.
2DS:a9lh+luma 6.5 sys 11.2.0-35E

I didn't test it on my N3DSXL yet

I thought the latest arm9loaderhax(from 17/10/2016) and safeA9LHinstaller v2.6.2 were for the N3DS only and that 2DS/O3DS should have stayed on v2.0.3 and arm9loaderhax (from 19/6/2016)

I saw and read the guide. I just want to know why do I have to download stuff via torrent download? What happened to simply standard? Torrent files sound like something that game pirates use.

I want to switch from reinand to luma3ds and my boot.cfg looks like this

Can I just switch the bold printed part to look like this:

And do I not need to use any other .bin or .dat file for luma3DS to boot? and what is "key=-1" used for?

Any help is highly appreciated. I just want to switch to Luma3DS and then continue from there (update emuNand etc.).

Guys, I'm sorry in advance if I'm on the wrong thread here...

So, after a while, I decided to install the A9LH on my other N3DS, checked the guide and realize it's different now...

"If you are on New 3DS, reboot with (Start) and continue to Installing arm9loaderhax"

So, we don't need to downgrade to 2.1.0 and get the OTP.bin now for N3DS?

Is it the same with OTPless install?
I heard there are some people bricking their 3DS with OTPless install...
