Hacking Loadiine is showing double folders?

when ever i load up loadiine it keeps showing up as double folders? any guesses?

In any chance you copy to SD card using mac?

haha yes sorry forgot to mention that... does it in any way effect compatibility or folder structure? because I have an ntsc console and cant seem to get captain toad, and mario 3d world working for the eur versions.
