Pokemon follows the same plot time and time again. Not that Pokemon is a bad game. I'm quite fond of the Pokemon franchise but I consider each new iteration to be a remake rather than an entirely new game.
I just have to say no, it has different plots, even though someone else has already said in detail why they're not remakes. In Pokémon you have different parents, different rivals with their own personalities and different "sub-quests" as you called them, and that makes them unique and not a remake.

Trackmania DS is a somewhat port of the game Trackmania for PC (you can even download a free version if you have Steam installed, it's really badass and even has a red/blue 3d glasses mode) and the DS is also getting a collection of the original genesis Sonic the Hedgehog games this march.
