Hey,
i bought myself a switch last tuesday (Checked serial numbers for 4 Hours) and as soon as i got home i started hacking it (Made a backup Boot 0, Boot 1 and Full Backup of the 4.0.1 Legit system) after that i updated to OFW 8.
Disconnected from wifi before setting up any nintendo online account and never went back online (only with 90dns), the problem is: I now have a switch with some NSP installed and my logs probably are full of homebrew and other stuff.
I wanted to play online using http://www.lan-play.com/install but in order to start online play the switch asks me to link a nintendo online account which i cannot do because im not able to get online without beeing banned.

What i think is: I need to get a fresh SD card without anything bad on it, reapply the old backup but still boot it with CFW since my fuses burnt and i can't boot 4.0.1 regulary, update to OFW 8 and setup an Nintendo Online account. Probably Backup again and then install all the NSP again (I Hope i haven't forgot to backup my saves)

Is there something i missed along the line?

Thanks in advance!

Edit:
Tried to inject the save from here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/any-way-to-edit-profile-and-fake-link-account.526255/#post-8431748
But it bricked my console, restoring the backup i made beforehand..
So i need an Linked account that is for OFW 8+ or i need to trust kefir updater but the fact that its closed source makes me nervous..

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

Squeeze your cheeks twice to answer calls!
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
