Hacking Kingdom Hearts is glitching up my 3DS with Gateway 3.0.1

So, I've got a nasty problem here. My 3DS will freeze if I will play Kingdom Hearts 3D and then exit into the HOME menu. It tells forever that the program is closing. Nothing happens after. Even if I will close my system or put out my gateway cartridge nothing will happen. Long pressing the power button will power off my 3DS. After all this trouble I get a corrupted save file for the game. What's wrong with it? Do you know how to solve it? I use a gateway cartridge with a 3.0.1 firmware and emunand with 9.4.0-21E firmware. Thank you!

Kingdom Hearts worked fine for me, no freezing, no lagging.

I played lots of games, this is a single case. I've already tried your method. It didn't work. This time home button doesn't work and pressing a power button on the touch screen or closing the console freezes it. It's a dead end for this rom.

Get another copy of the rom; see if that helps.
