Gaming JSRF/GT 2002 problems? Still?

Hi, I have the disc mentioned above. Now, some of you may think "it won't start for this guy", but no. Boot works. GT '02 works. JSRF, not so much. It runs fine, EXCEPT for the following:

Graffiti Editor has no icon texture when selected, and has no GUI or textures whatsoever when entered.

After the bus station boss and cutscene, it fails to read and crashes with no visual and previous music playing.

Any help? (P.S. my disc has small areas of missing label; does this affect DVD?)

Microsoft ceased Xbox compatibility updates in 2007. However dire they might be, remaining bugs are unlikely to ever be patched in any official way.

I've heard label side damage is worse to discs. Can't really speak from experience as that side tends to be scratched much less often.

I have both the disc and have it installed on my softmodded box and i haven't had this issue. I'll double check to be sure

MS will never patch out those bugs.
It still remains emulation so it'll never be perfect.
