Well yeah I know that. But someone earlier I believe mentioned that there was an issue with dumping it.

Or am I just reading wrong, and the only reason why it's not dumped is because they don't want to?

Well yeah I know that. But someone earlier I believe mentioned that there was an issue with dumping it.

Or am I just reading wrong, and the only reason why it's not dumped is because they don't want to?

Most likely its a combo of hard to dump and not feeling like it

hmm well i always thought "cut" would be a apropiate move for some pokemon just to learn through leveling instead of using a HM.
