are you using a flashcart with HG,SS,D,P,P then it won't work
If its the real cart then download the celebi pkm file from this site:http://pkmdb.webs.com/eventpkm.htm
Then transfer the celebi(pokesav) to the flashcart with the IV generation pokemon games and trade it to the real cart

What do I do? I got the 7th badge then I saw N capturing the black legendary. How do I find the white legendary and how do I get to the 8th town? I am stuck in the 7th town trying to figuring out where to go. I am really confused right now. Also if it is possible for somebody to help me obtain the 3 legendary dogs and celebi then that would be great be I too want to unlock Zorua. I only got help unlocking Victini which is level 80 at the moment. Please help me and stop ignoring this. I found this in page 517 unanswered
