Unless you have a hardmodded 3DS with a NAND backup don't press anything.

EDIT: I see you are from Japan. Don't do anything! Tux opened an issue report stating the exploit bricks JPN 3DS's

I recommend to delete Nintendo 3ds folder on sd (or that folder that is linked to this nand) after downgrading, or system will freezenearly everywhere

Just install an hax (recommended menuhax), copy sysUpdater into /3ds/, find on the internet/3DNUS complete .cia firmwarepackage (130 files for 9.2.0-20E), copy all .cia files into sd : /updates boot menuhax, start menuhax, start sysupdater, wait, then press (Y) for downgrading, then pray and wait, took from 9.4 to 9.2 ca. 2-3 minutes
