The issue is that people circlejerk the newest thing and ignore the relevancy of anything else. They couldn't pirate everything in the world with loadiine so they began to shit on it once they could pirate everything.

Nobody is pirating anything. I'm just obtaining backups which I am legally entitled to for physical media that I legitimately own. Loadiine is only relevant for those who want to load backups from an SD card. I'm not even sure why you would want to keep loading backups from SD considering you can get a 500 GB HDD and an enclosure for around $45. I guess some people are fine with how Loadiine works. Maybe they don't want to redownload their games or repack them for USB install. That's cool.

I love loadiine, and yet again I would say that it would be great to have forked versions that provide an update to features and customisation.

Per format and custom carousels, favourites system, USB loading, cheats like gct, net play, game ripping, 3D box art... Like wiiflow :), etc, etc...

I love the ability to run ssb4 without having to buy a hard drive, or deal with sdcafiine + a disc.

All that is likely coming. But not to Loadiine. Loadiine relies on an exploit that tricks the Wii U into thinking it's running a game with SD card access (Mii Maker or SSB). Because of this Loadiine is limited (i.e. no online, MiiVerse, or manuals).

Nah. It's not that. The issue is that the OP was asking for active development for something that's a dead end (Loadiine). You're being melodramatic with the word triggering. That being said, the "triggering" really started when some posters suggested that Loadiine was easier and better than installing to USB. I don't give a fuck what people use. That's their business. However, when people start talking nonsense I can't help but chime in. No offense to the devs of Loadiine. It was great before the Brazilian method came out. Oil lamps were great before electricity. The milkman was great before refrigerators. The Sears catalog was great before Pornhub.
I recommend going back to the first page of this thread, reading the first reply and then the savage that followed. Yes people got triggered, and still are.
Loadiine is still the best and easier method for a bunch of stuff. But 90% of this thread is enraged by that notion.

Would it affect you if these features were added? Would it take away, Or add to your your experience using this app if these features were added? Are we asking you if you would add these features to Loadiine? Seriously, I dont see why you need to shitpost in a thread that you have no interest in TBH.

never once had a DSI error or black screen and i use it all the time.
Lol there's absolutely no way. I usually couldn't play a game for more than an hour at a time without it just totally freezing my console and I have a 32GB class 10 card.

There is literally no point in Loadiine anymore. The USB method works great and is probably easier than setting games up with Loadiine for most people.

Can you name one single thing that Loadiine is better for?

Save management? No, the WiiU has it's own system for that which works way better and doesn't randomly delete saves (which Loadiine has done to me more than once).
DLC Support? Unless you use a modified version of it, you don't have this option and the folder structure is a pain to setup. You can use DLC totally fine with the USB method as long as you use something to patch the sig checks (which is easy).
Updates? You have to download them manually and many games don't work with the update folders unless you actually overwrite the original files with the update.
Online Support? Nope.
Manuals and all other small game features like the log? Nope.

There literally is nothing that Loadiine is useful for anymore.

No, that would be great of course. I'm just saying that Loadiine is not the path to those. I'm not saying that it Loadiine shouldn't get those feature. I'm saying that Loadiine won't get those features because of the nature of the exploit that Loadiine uses to launch backups. Even if it is possible to implement said features (it could be, I'm not a developer) I don't see that happening as it would be much more practical to make a USB loader that supported SD loading. I don't see what the fucking issue is. I'm saying that you will likely be able to do what you want but it will be in a new homebrew, not Loadiine.

Wow you must had some special premium Sears subscription!

No. We made due with what we had back in the dark ages.

Ok, Cool... So why keep on about it? You gave your opinion about 7+ pages back? What you trying to achieve here?

Go ahead and tell that to all those VC, modders and save sharers now.

Hey now, what's the point in actually running modified stuff when you can install it all your unmodified crap to a hard drive and circlejerk how great your pirating experience is. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You can dump and inject saves with Saviine, I believe you can do VC with USB using sig patches and as for modding, that's about the only use for Loadiine (but I think there's an application that allows you replace game files on the fly without Loadiine anyways).

Loadiine is obsolete if you have a USB HDD. I'm not going to go over this again. Review my long ass post as well as the posts of others. I don't know shit about some things such as modding games but from what others have said it's just as easy or at the very least not significantly more difficult that it justifies using an obsoleted method of loading backups.

Because people keep replying.

$45 more to install backups when I have a perfectly fine sd card that doesn't require more work to setup than exporting a game with a tool overnight... Oh, and I can setup a mod environment using the exact same files without going through much more work. Loadiine is an alternative, not an obsolete piece of software. Once we can freely read/write to a Wii U formatted drive on PC and run modified titles, then loadiine can be considered obsolete.
