Hardware OLED not turning on after install Instinct v6s

Hi!
I have installed the Instinct v6s on an OLED. It was working while I created the emuNAND and installed some games. On the next console restart, I get a solid white light and the console does not turn on. I have been measuring the values in diode mode, and all points give between 0.750 and 0.800 except for point B, which gives 0.355. I have checked and the point is fine; it does not have any grounding issues or anything. What should I check?

Solved, the tegra flex was internally broken. Thanks anyway!

I thought I had fixed it, but no. It was working fine all afternoon, and after installing some games, I restarted it, and now it won't turn on. The lights flash all colors: blue, yellow, red, white, and then again blue, yellow, red, white, and so on... unless I remove the microSD. In that case, it glitches immediately and shows that no SD card is inserted. If I insert the SD card while it glitches, it does enter Hekate. I have tried several SD cards. What could it be?
