Hacking Hardware Random Short Long Long (*==) on Picofly OLED

Hi there
Did you ever had the problem after modding your switch OLED with a Picofly that randomly you get the error code *==
In PicoflyGuide you find
*== : No eMMC CMD1 request (poor wiring, or dead CPU)
But Im a bit confused, it only happens sometimes. I double checked my wirings and solderings, replaced the flex-cable with 0.1mm wires but the problem still is the same.
I had the problem several times and the only solution I got rid of this s*** was replacing the Picofly with an Instinct-NX
Do you have any suggestions?
