Hacking Hardware Misc Switch oled shorted and not booting after picofly install

So i have a oled here that i tried to mod it, everything went fine until i soldered the wires to the chip, the chip showed bad wiring message or bad chip, so i tried to re solder everything on the chip and this did not fix the issue, afterwards i tried to swap the chip and there it came the trouble, the 3v3 line showed 0.4 in diode mode instead of 0.8 when unsoldered from the chip, i thought it was normal and powered it on and got nothing not even the chip powering on, just a small hissing sound coming from the cpu i believe or idk. I did not figure it out that there was something wrong with the chip so i tried several times to power it on and/or resoldering the 3v3 supply line, after some attempts i accidentally shorted the tiny cap which is ground to the big caps near it (i will post a pic for reference) and then booted it back on without realizing it was shorted. I cleared the short and measured with the multimeter and it was back normal showing 0.8 but the switch wouldn’t turn on (with chip disconnect because it was faulty) so i thought it would work after a bath in the ultrasound cleaner, it didn’t unfortunately. I soldered a known good chip and it gave me *=*. I did the kamikaze method but i isolated everything and every point shows normal value (0.8 for everything except 0.6 for cpu 1.5 for Rst) also checked and the 3v3 line is not dead after the various shorting but the motherboard hisses every time i try to power it on. I will show some pictures of my work i’m sorry for some point i had to use my phone because i’m not at home and i don’t have the microscope hope you can still spot something , maybe someone can help me figuring this out before you ask, the Clk point is not shorting to the shield and Clk and Rst point are isolated from ground but Rst possibly shorted while troubleshooting before putting uv mask on, for the wire i used 0.1mm for data and cpu lines and 0.2 for power and ground
