Hacking Is this a good price

I live in America(New Jersey) and i am new to the whole system modding process, so i decided to not take any chances installing a modchip myself because my family would disown me if i broke it. I decided that i am going to send my Wii to a professional for the installing of a modchip. i googled it for a while and the only place i could find that would install the chip was Mod Central for 69 dollars is this a good deal?
