So sorta installed indexiine on my Wii U and bricked the Internet browser and now I can load games but no home brew. I do have the v-Wii home brew channel and wish to find a way to dump my otp I am willing to do a hard mod but have no backup because I followed a different written guide to install indexiine. Now if I can get otp I can fix my console and I found something similar that can dump slc from v-wii called VWii-NAND-tools(search up wiiu-wasteland on github) and I can also build it but I need something for my otp. Another alternative could be something like the opposite of hbl2hbc like hbc2hbl to restore it. If you know how I could go about this it would be helpful.
