Playing XCX via Loadiine means I can't use any online features, meaning there is no legitimate way to obtain salvage tickets for my Skells, so is there any way to hack a bunch of those tickets into my save file?

It is definitely possible (probably via Hex editing). It just that nobody has been bothered to figure out the offset where your ticket number is stored.
Someone will probably find a way to change it, either via Gecko or save editing. Just be patient.

You can play around with Gecko to get tickets. That would take alot of time but if you could get it working it would be worth it.

Yes, just remember to go into Loadiine's settings, find the pyGecko option and turn it on. You should then be able to connect using XCXGecko.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
