Is there a way to set certain cores in retroarch to overclock cpu to max speed automatically (retroarch)

So I would like to make certain cores automatically have CPU set to max speed (dreamcast, psx, psp), or the ability to set all cores to a certain cpu speed (maybe a line in retroarch.cfg). Since retroarch on switch now has the overclocking feature, I was wondering how one could utilize it for this stuff. Thanks
