Hardware Is possibly to downgrade New 3DS with Homebrew Launcher? (OOT3DHAX)

Okay, so, i finally have access again to homebrew launcher thanks to oot3dhax, since 11.1.0.34U is still patched BrowserHax, but sooo im a little n00by, so i want to know...

As the title says, i can downgrade and install cias and blah blah blah...?

If yes, is there any guide/tutorial for this???

No, you would either have to do a dsiware downgrade which requires a second hacked 3ds, or have a hardmod. This guide details everything: https://3ds.guide/

Yeah, just dont update, you can use ctrhttpwn to bypass update nags.

Oh, by the way... since i finally have access to homebrew launcher again, i can install legit cias? Like install Pokémon X or Y and play it without any problem??? can i use NASA or other app for this? if yes, is there any tutorial for this???

Unfortuanately, no. You are basically stuck to wait around till another downgrade exploit comes along.
