Hacking Is possible to download Wii Mini system menu?

As thread title says can NUS downloader or other tool download specifically Wii Mini system menu or does to be extracted from real hardware only?

and there´s any way to get a Wii mini IOS58 in wad format?? Because I install accidentaly a Wii IOS58 and now it works but works bad....

You'd have to dump it from another console or find a link to it somewhere. It's against gbatemp rules to share this sort of thing though, so you probably won't get a lot of help here with this unfortunately.

The Wii Mini doesn't officially support online because Nintendo couldn't be arsed to make an Internet module that didn't crash the system on error.

Because it has no Wi-Fi, so without an Ethernet adapter it would error.
