Is my Ez Flash junior completely dead?

My EZ Flash junior was saving and in the middle of it the Gameboy went out.

Since then, no Nintendo logo appears (only the R). Can the crystal oscillator really be broken?

Yes, If you can reach the dealer which you bought the product and the product in the warranty period. you can contact the dealer for replacement. otherwise you can read the repair guide and follow the instruction.
