For a guy? Definitely. I don't see why not.

For a girl?... eh. It's not that it won't necessarily be well received, but generally with things like that girls are pretty picky. It's just kind of an odd gift unless you know exactly what size and style they want because maybe they said something at one point or showed you.
I'd just find something else tbh.

It would only be acceptable if you are buying some sort of 2 piece or a very nice 1 piece and the person (has to be a female) is pretty hot and you would get some sort of self reward by seeing her in it.

That is the only way it would be acceptable.

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
