Emulation PS1/2 problem with dino crisis running on retroarch in my nintendo switch

i was trying to play dino crisis on my hacked switch in retroarch, the core is pcsx rearmed. I installed the sbi file and the folder of bios, but when i start the game its all fine untill it reach's the screen of "This game contains scenes of explicit violence and gore", then the game freezes on that screen and stays there.
