Hacking Im getting 1022 error when trying to install Castlevania Rebirth

Im getting 1022 error when trying to install Castlevania Rebirth.
I have 4.1E and used Wad manager 1.5 using IOS 249.
I have tried using region free channels instead of free the wads.
All other wads Ive tried worked, except this one:

Solved by using Wad manager GUI rev 11 !
