Hacking If i bought a R4i 3DS Flashcart...

if i bought a r4i 3ds flashcart right now, would it work with the May 15 update? or would i have to update the flashcart in order to use it?

That depends on if the store you buy it from updates their carts before sending them out. Some do, some don't. They usually state if they're updated or not on the product page.
