Actually, I have mostly had good experiences with youtube videos but I agree that sometimes you don't always find a good one. Most threads like this do not drag on for eight pages.
Has anyone already mentioned that Youtube videos are a very poor source of advice?
Like I said, the .sav files you have are different sizes, so try to replace the .sav file on the card with one of approximately the same size.
Also, like I said, if you try to replace the save data for Animal Crossing with different Animal Crossing save data, Animal Crossing will report the save data as corrupt. After copying the .sav file, you will need to use Checkpoint on your 3DS to export the data and then re-import it again. This may seem unintuitive, but it is necessary.
Here are the size files I was able to recover in the attached pic. I am thinking the 10,240 KB 1_5 sav might be smash bros since there is a lot to save in that game? Smash Bros shows as 512 KB right now on the 3DS but that has not been played ver the recovered save files may or my not have.
Is there a video on how to use checkpoint to import and export so I don't screw it up as I have never done that before?
