Hacking i foun d a cheap vita to buy but it's new in box sealed

which ps vita from box is unsafe to buy and contains higher then 3.18 firmware??

i also can get borderland 2 bundle and its very cheap, is this safe 2 buy?? what firmware is inside?

The borderlands bundle will have the vita slim with 3.15 ofw.

That's for the USA version, just noticed you were somewhere else than I am.

I heard that 3.18 is the last good firmware to say on. I've been sitting on my vita at 3.15 and think I've had enough, I'm going to update it and play some games. If they come out with a native hack for vita mode then it better be for all current firmwares.

Here in the UK the standard slim came with 3.01 at launch.

My Borderlands("phat") bundle(walking dead IIRC) one that I bought around Christmas 2013(good price, $150 IIRC) came with some crazy low fw 2.x if not 1.x.

OTOH the slim borderlands bundle that I recently ordered came with 3.35, so that's the keep up-to-date and left the "phat" @ 3.15.

I broke down and bought a ps3 got a good deal on the original model(w/ps2 compatibility but unfortunately apparently the most difficult to downgrade) to essentially use as a relatively expensive xfer cable(and backup ps2). Those ps3s are just chunky little bricks aren't they. Was NOT impressed, especially with that crazy case design, let alone it's weight, size, and heat generation capabilities. Haven't gotten around to hacking the "phat" vita yet, but the ps3 side is ready to go, just a matter of taking the few minutes to transfer the exploit game. TNX has given me a bit of incentive to get going though...
