Homebrew WIP I created a somewhat working cmake toolchain setup for libnx and libtransistor.

In the process of my experiments I created these 2 cmake toolchain setups so I could develop homebrew using clion and wsl. https://github.com/jfmherokiller/switch-homebrew-toolchain-cmake

I'm posting this in hope that it helps others with homebrew development.

I don't know if i should mark this as a release since its not exactly a utility that will help the end user which is what the Release prefix seems to be used for so im making this WIP for now.
